VM2: New initiatives in regulatory science

2D4A5414

EMA published an interim report in March 2023 summarising the mid-term achievements of its Regulatory Science Strategy (RSS) to 2025 which has four goals for veterinary medicines regulation. In essence, regulators need to have good knowledge in the network to allow for the adequate scientific assessment of innovative medicines without stopping progress. The report provides an overview of the main deliverables achieved between March 2020 and December 2022 across the human and veterinary areas.
