2025 Regulatory Intelligence Conference Europe: Meeting report

The 2025 RegIntel Conference Europe took place on 3-4 November 2025 in London.

Jointly hosted by TOPRA and RAPS, this two-day event took a deep dive into the most pressing regulatory intelligence topics, with the aim of providing regulatory intelligence professionals with the insights needed for the challenges ahead.

Sessions examined the evolving role of regulatory intelligence, how to set up a regulatory intelligence function and measure its success, and strategies to maximise collaboration and developments in artificial intelligence (AI).
